Main Course:Salmon Roulade in Creamy Crab Sauce with Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf & Oven Roasted Broccoli- Fresh Atlantic Salmon served on a creamy crab sauce with Cranberry Wild Rice Pilaf & Oven Roasted Broccoli.
Dessert:Dark Chocolate Mousse- Premium Dark Chocolate whipped with expresso and brandy to create a rich dark chocolate creation.
